Production Supervisor - Corrugated Packaging

  • A wellestablished packaging group requires the above to manage its production processes within its corrugated packaging company to improve plant efficiency and output.

Minimum requirements for the role:


  • Previous experience having worked in a Production Supervisor or Manager role within a manufacturing environment is essential for the role.
  • Previous experience having worked within the packaging, FMCG or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
  • Previous experience having worked on an ERP System is preferred.
  • Must be able to manage and develop relationships with senior management and staff within the company.
  • Must have strong problemsolving skills and collaborative approach when working with internal and overseas employees and senior management.
  • Managing and overseeing all planning and preparation of production processes.
  • Managing and driving the production team on the production lines.
  • Implementing processes and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring all information is captured on their ERP System.
  • Overseeing and driving quality checks on all products.
  • Coordinating preventative and active maintenance as well as the housekeeping of the plant.
  • Coordinating and working closely with the logistic team regarding all customer orders and planning.
  • Handling all corrective and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensuring productivity of the plants and availability of raw materials.
  • Attending safety meetings.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
