Job summary
The Technical Supervisor will ensure the smooth running of the department through weekly evaluations and reporting to the Department Manager. They will oversee all staff and productivity resulting in promoting business growthResponsibilities
- Ensure smooth running of the department
- Maintain standard operating procedures in department
- Assign staff to specific areas duties monitor staff uniforms Facilitate departmental sales meetings Conduct regular inspections with regards departments housekeeping isles merchandising uniforms Ensure price updates timeously Monitor returns faulty damaged stock breakages keep CFC book up date by monitoring reversals follow repairs quotations Submission weekly monthly reports superior Plan prepare work schedules daily registers time attendance staff including leave queries manage overtime Conduct Performance reviews evaluations nominate staff awards promotions Train new old staff members product knowledge procedures Allocate monitor floor areas functions incoming stock transfers checking area returns Implement company returns policy returned stock allocated area CFC note attached Ensure tasks delegated pressure subordinates meeting deadlines motivating manner setting weekly targets Enforce disciplinary code apply discipline Participate perpetual stock takes Ensure housekeeping work area Perform any work related tasks delegated superior
