Assessor & Field Service Technician:


  • Country/Region: ZA
  • Location: Germiston, GT, ZA, 1609Req ID 65275 Meadowdale, Johannesburg

Your main tasks as an Assessor:

  • Perform diagnostics and assess transmission failures.
  • Assist with fault finding expertise on test bench.
  • Generate assessment reports and quotations.
  • Achieve quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee the stripping section.
  • General customer and workshop support

Your profile as an Assessor**:


  • Qualified Diesel Mechanic [Trade Tested]
  • Approximately 5 years' experience in identifying cause of failure; generating failure reports and issuing of quotes.
  • Approximately 3 years' experience on fault finding using electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Computer Skills


  • Intermediate (Ms Office)

  • ERP system knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Interpersonal skills, good communication skills and experience in customer liaison.
  • Valid Code 08 license.
  • Tractor license (advantageous).
