    • Essential Qualification: Matric certificate

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3-5 years: Sales administration, quoting and/or production experience
    • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Production Management: Managing Production and/or knowledge of production
    • CI and CAD Approval: Knowledge of CI and CAD approvals will be beneficial
    • Customer Support: Excellent ability to plan, organise & handle customer queries

    Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Account Management: Manage a high level corporate client
    2. Onsite Store Management: Managing onsite corporate store
    3. Brand Experience Team: Work closely together with the brand experience team
    4. Order Support: Support the brand experience team with bespoke and stock order requirements
    5. Weekly Reporting: Weekly reporting in terms of bespoke orders, production, ops
    6. Order Securing: Securing of orders bespoke and adhoc
    7. Event Support: Off site event support weekends and or evenings will be required from time to time
    8. Sales Reporting: Assist in Sales Reporting: Prepare and generate sales reports, including sales performance, inventory levels, and customer analytics. Provide regular updates on sales metrics to the sales team and management.
    9. Administrative Procedures: Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
    10. Staff Performance: Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
    11. Information Flow: Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
    12. Schedules and Deadlines: Manage schedules and deadlines
    13. Operations Compliance: Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
    14. Sales Presentations: Help prepare sales presentations
    15. SLA Management: Manage the team in ensuring that all SLAs are met
    16. Inquiries and Correspondence: Handle Inquiries and Correspondence: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person.
