    Senior Engineering Maintenance Manager

    We are seeking a Senior Engineering Maintenance Manager to lead our multidisciplinary engineering team in the Cold Products division. The ideal candidate will enhance safety, operational excellence, asset management, and human resource development.

    This role is responsible for managing health, safety, and environmental compliance, enforcing engineering standards, and optimizing equipment performance.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Health, Safety, Environmental, and Risk Management Compliance
    • Enforce Engineering Standards and Apply Asset Management Best Practices
    • Drive Operational Excellence, Availability, Reliability, Capability, Efficiency, and Quality
    • Cost Optimization with a Focus on Managing Life Cycle Costs of Assets
    • Develop a High-Performing Team with a Pro-Active and Innovative Mindset
    • Drive Continuous Improvement of Equipment, Systems, and People Performance
    • Forecast and Plan – Resources, Technology, and Equipment Obsolescence
    • Maintenance Specialist in Complex Types of Equipment

    Background:

    • BSc/BEng/B Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BSc/BEng Preferred)
    • Government Certificate of Competency - Factories + 10 Years' Experience as Manager in Heavy Industrial Manufacturing
    • Effective People Management, Team Building, and Communication Skills
    • Background in Maintenance Management of Complex Equipment and Large Teams
    • Experience in Managing Multi-Disciplinary Teams and Functions
    • Strategic Thinker with Strong Analytical Skills and Ability to Cope Under Pressure

    The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on the job requirements and location.
