Requirements:
Matric
Diploma in Food Technology / Quality
Post qualification in Quality - preferred
Duties:
- Internal Auditing
- Auditing documentation such as procedures, ensuring that the factory is complyiing with the food safety standards.
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Knowledge in FSSC22000
- Implementing, updating, creating, and maintaining documentation pertaining to the FSSC22000
- Raising Nonconformances
- Verifying product Specifications (Ensuring correct date codes, batch numbers, weights, no infestation, contamination, free of chemical, microbial, biological and physical hazards, ensuring that the metal detector is working)
- Conducting daily personal hygiene checks
- Conducting daily housekeeping and hygiene checks
- Conducting monthly factory audits
- Inspection of incoming packaging
- Conducting quality testing of incoming packaging using the special system
- Passing or failing products
Job Type:

Salary:
R8, R15,000.00 per month
