    Job Title: Manager, Product Custody Management

    This senior leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of custodial products, services, and solutions to meet client needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Localize and execute the solution set strategy for assigned areas (Global Custody/Domestic Custody) and develop effective plans to achieve portfolio P&L, performance indicators, revenue targets, and client expectations.
    • Provide local market insights and input towards the overall solution strategy and contribute to setting budgets, monitoring actual expenditures, consolidating, and aggregating financial performance and profitability.
    • Act as a solution expert, bridging technical expertise to maximize revenues, ensure client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and systems acceptability for moderately complex solutioning.
    • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing maintenance, including design and development, testing, and publishing collateral.
    • Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees (like an MBA) or professional certifications (like CFA or CPA) are advantageous.
    • Significant experience in the financial services industry, particularly in roles related to global custody or institutional asset management.
    • 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in custodial or asset management.
    • Strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Product management and development expertise.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

    Gauteng, Johannesburg

    Salary:

    R800,000 - R1,200,000 per annum
