Description

Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for a Restaurant Manager for a luxury hotel based on the main road of picturesque Franschhoek.

We are looking for a strong player in the restaurant game in Cape Town (finger on the pulse), with a deep passion for hospitality.


You will be in command of building the waiting staff skills (training) to that of a five-star quality that would be expected at such a prestige establishment.

A passion and drive to succeed and be the best is a must to suit this role. We need a strong individual to for this position who is a strong and passionate leader.


Must have:

  • Previous experience in a 5* establishment
  • Be passionate
  • Have an eye for the finer details
  • Have outstanding leadership qualities
