The role will

Ensure excellent customer service by playing an active role in customer contact situations thereby ensuring and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
Manage as well as control financial targets within company accepted norms and balance this against business risk
Maintain and improve customer service, stock efficiencies, and manage business risk related to credit, and credit follow up.

Ensure Stock loss is minimized through compliance with security measures, stock, and cash handling. procedures.

Ensure
administrative duties within the store are in accordance with company guidelines. (NCA & FAIS).
Able to adapt to various environments,
Willing to work under pressure and work Retail hours.
Willing to work in the field and conduct PC's early in morning and after 5pm at night.

Requirements:

A valid driver's license.
-
A Matric/Grade 12 educational qualification.

Business related tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years Retail Management Experience preferably in the furniture retail.
Computer Literate.
Strong Leadership abilities

Manage, lead, motivate, develop, and empower branch staff We require a toughminded individual who is target driven, thrives on driving performance, and can juggle customer service with working in a highpressure sales and Credit control environment.
