    Description

    **Job Title:** Working Foreman

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Working Foreman to join our team at our Roodepoort dealership. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring that repairs are performed correctly and efficiently by qualified technicians, while maintaining a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle service and repair maintenance, with experience in supervising and leading a team of technicians. You will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and motivating qualified service technicians, as well as assisting them in developing their skills.

    You will also be required to ensure compliance with all regulations affecting service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OHSA Right-to-Know. Additionally, you will need to understand and enforce manufacturer warranty and policy procedures, and provide technical support to technicians when necessary.

    **Responsibilities:**

    • Recruit, hire, and motivate qualified service technicians
    • Assist technicians in developing their skills
    • Ensure compliance with all regulations affecting service operations
    • Understand and enforce manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
    • Provide technical support to technicians when necessary
    • Conduct regular performance reviews for all technicians
    • Ensure that all repairs are assigned to technicians in an equal and fair manner
    • Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks

    **Requirements:**

    • Qualified Technician
    • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Workshop Foreman
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professional and technical expertise in vehicle service and repair maintenance
    • Problem-solving and motor vehicle fault-finding skills
    • Planning and organizing
    • Supervising and leading; providing team members with clear direction, motivating and empowering others
    • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
    • Following instructions and processes

    **Salary:** R500,000 - R700,000 per annum
