    Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

    We are seeking a driven and results-oriented leader to join our team at Gateway Mall in Durban. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance, supporting day-to-day store operations, and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Performance Support: Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
    • Leadership on the Floor: Set an example by delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring a positive store environment.
    • Team Development: Train, motivate, and guide team members to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieve their full potential.
    • Store Operations: Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space.
    • Customer Engagement: Resolve escalated customer queries and operational issues in a professional and courteous manner.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a supervisory or assistant store manager role, preferably within the retail industry.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate team members.
    • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.
