    As an IT Service Desk Specialist at IOCO, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support.

    You will handle inbound calls, make outbound calls, and ensure tickets are updated accordingly.

    Additionally, you will route tickets to second-line teams and external vendors, ensuring all SLA's are met.

    Compliments and complaints received will be escalated to team leaders for resolution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or other communication channels.
    • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

    Requirements:

    • National Senior Certificate/ Matric/ N3.
    • A+ /or N+ certification.
    • Soft Skills and ITIL Foundation (Requirement for Snr. Service Desk Agent).
