- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales development, lead generation, or telemarketing role.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations and handle objections.
- Sales Skills: Familiarity with cold calling techniques, consultative selling, and the ability to qualify leads effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive approach.
- Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organisational skills to handle high call volumes and follow-up tasks effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and identify solutions that will move leads forward in the sales pipeline.

- £6,000 commission OTE (On target earnings)
- Clear progression path within a fast-growing company.
- 8:30am to 5pm Mon-Fri (GMT).
- 15 days holiday per year + your birthday off.

We're seeking highly motivated Sales Development Executives to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be initiating outbound calls to specific UK industries and verticals, with a daily call volume of approximately 200.
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads through cold calling and lead generation activities. You'll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients, setting the stage for the sales team to close deals.
You'll have an attractive bonus structure in place for hitting targets, and strong prospects for progression within a fast-growing company.
