We're seeking Insurance agents for our Call Centre to assist clients with their insurance needs.

Position Overview: As an Insurance Agent, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide expert advice, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with insurance inquiries, policy renewals, and claim processing.
  
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  
• Process insurance transactions accurately and efficiently.
  
• Maintain records of client interactions and transactions.
  
• Meet performance targets for quality and productivity.
  
• Make outbound calls to clients and sell them the company product
  

Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

• Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in insurance.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
