    Our client, a trailblazer in branding solutions, is looking for a Sales & Account Manager to join their vibrant team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Develop strategic account management plans to strengthen client relationships and achieve ambitious revenue goals
    2. Foster strong connections with key stakeholders across diverse client organizations
    3. Gain a deep understanding of clients' objectives, industry trends, and competitors
    4. Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and swift resolutions
    5. Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional value and exceed client expectations
    6. Lead regular business reviews to evaluate client satisfaction and propose innovative solutions
    7. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
    8. Track and analyze key account metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
    9. Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments
    10. Engage with new leads and confidently close deals to drive business growth
    Requirements:
    1. A valid driver's license and own vehicle
    2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
    3. Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar client-facing role
    4. Experience in promotional products, printing/branding space, and relevant industries
    5. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    7. Flexibility to travel as needed
