Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer the SharePoint environment, including installation, configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement SharePoint solutions that align with business needs.

Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective usage of SharePoint features and capabilities.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize SharePoint's functionality and reliability.

Create and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and other components to enhance collaboration and streamline business processes.

Implement security measures, user access controls, and permissions to safeguard sensitive data within the SharePoint environment.

Conduct regular data backups, updates, and patches to ensure system stability and security.

Assist in the planning and execution of migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions to new SharePoint versions or environments.


Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential, as this role involves communication with Portuguese-speaking stakeholders.

Proven experience in SharePoint administration, including installation, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to assist users in maximizing Office integration within SharePoint.

General IT administration skills, including system monitoring, data backup, and security management.

Familiarity with SharePoint best practices, information architecture, and governance.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users.

A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.


Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications in SharePoint administration or Microsoft Office.

Experience in providing user training and support for SharePoint.

Knowledge of web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to customize SharePoint sites.

Previous exposure to hybrid SharePoint environments and cloud-based solutions.
