• Ensure entire order is delivered as per P/O
• Ensure correct documentation has been received
• Ensure quality and pricing have been checked for acceptable standards and competitiveness
• Sourcing of new materials and alternatives to current products, in order to mitigate supply challenges
• Maintain supplier price list folder monthly

• Sourcing new suppliers globally
• Sourcing globally of new materials and alternatives to current products, in order to mitigate supply challenges
• Sourcing support service providers
• Price negotiation with entire supply chain
• Tracking shipments
• Customs clearing coordination
• Documentation and record keeping
• Reporting back to operations regarding delivery and potential delays
• Calculate Estimated landed and accurate final landed costs
• Ensure calculated landed costs agree with ERP cost
• Ensure all relevant permits are in place and are renewed on time

• Letter of credit management,
• Cross border Customer liaison,
• Export documentation management/clearing agent liaison
• Documentation and record keeping
• Logistics oversight

• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
• Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations
• Sourcing & provision of costings of adhoc goods, materials, components or services
• ERP inventory management
• Excel based MRP monthly
• Update of monthly general pricing of products for sales department
• Forward planning on procurement (local & cross border)
• Monthly stock take participation for all departments
• Assist management with special projects on occasion
• Halaal & Kosher Management
• FSSC supplier compliance
• Any reasonable Ad-Hoc requirement from the linemanager and/or senior management
