    Key Responsibilities:

    New Business Sales

    • Meet and exceed monthly new business sales targets by identifying opportunities and building relationships with customers.
    • Sell our company's services to all customers within set regional boundaries, ensuring maximum potential revenue.
    • Negotiate gross profits in line with company objectives, driving growth and profitability.

    Sales Processes and Cycles

    • Prospect new clients through targeted outreach and marketing efforts.
    • Secure a minimum number of appointments per week as per company objectives, converting leads into sales.
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and preferences.
    • Propose customized client solutions and negotiate rates, ensuring optimal pricing and revenue.
    • Attain credit applications in line with company policy and procedure, streamlining onboarding processes.
    • Follow internal policy and procedure regarding opening new accounts, ensuring seamless integration.
    • Arrange and deliver stationery, coordinate integration, and IT hardware, providing excellent customer service.
    • Attain logins and train customers on our systems, ensuring effective adoption and usage.
    • Identify opportunities to increase existing client spending over the next 12 months, driving growth, retention, and protection.
    • Identify and secure sales opportunities with new business accounts, expanding our customer base.
    • Optimize sales volumes and pricing, maximizing revenue and profitability.
    • Ensure monthly sales targets and new account targets are achieved and exceeded, meeting and exceeding expectations.
    • Maintain a daily, reliable, up-to-date customer entry on the Sales share drive, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

    Performance Reporting

    • Report to the Sales/Telesales Manager on market trends, customer suggestions, issues, and complaints, providing valuable insights.
    • Attend and contribute to sales meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices.
    • Complete and submit sales reports before deadlines as requested by the Sales Manager, ensuring timely communication.
    • Respond to email communication within requested timelines, maintaining excellent communication skills.
