    Diploma in Business Management and Operations

    We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 5 years of FMCG experience and 3-5 years of knowledge in retail scales and weights and measures.

    The ideal candidate will have 2 years of management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Schedule daily routes for technicians within their designated areas, ensuring timely completion of repairs, deliveries, and service-related tasks.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians on installations, maintenance, and basic weighing equipment operations.
    • Install and assist with installing software for new stores, ensuring seamless integration.
    • Deliver online support to customers and technicians, resolving issues efficiently.
    • Maintain a monthly tools checklist, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and up-to-date.
    • Equip technicians with the correct tools to perform their duties effectively.
    • Oversee the ordering and allocation of new tools, guaranteeing timely delivery and deployment.
    • Assist with setting up and installing wrapping equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
    • Review quotes for repairs and service work on wrapping equipment, maintaining a set GP% on spares used.
    • Liaise with the Helpdesk to ensure technicians address customer incidents promptly.
    • Ensure site visit reports, job cards, and verifications are completed for each store, meeting SLAs.
    • Maintain records for servicing equipment at non-SLA stores.
    • Coordinate standby technicians over weekends, addressing customer incidents timeously.
    • Conduct performance reviews, monitor technicians' KPIs, and review job card and spares registers.
    • Develop staff training programs and resolve customer queries and complaints.
    • Support international dial-in support for distributors.
