Your Role in the company as a Marketing Assistant is to work hand in hand with our Marketing Director

You are required to go through a 3 Month Probation Period whereafter your performance will be reviewed and the Muthray & Associates Inc will at its discretion provide you with the opportunity of a permanent position & higher renumeration.

Your Daily duties are as follows but aren't limited to assisting in the following roles:

Ad Creative Design
Provide support for Marketing Director that designs content for advertising and promotional purposes
Design, Implement Marketing Strategies & Materials approved by Marketing Director
Assist Marketing Director in day to day activities as required.
Assist in Social Media Implementation & understanding
Research & Provide constructive input towards marketing goals and ideas
Edit Videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram
Monitor Social Media daily and provide updates to Marketing Direct
Assist in Creative thought process on innovative ideas to content
Social Media awareness on current trending media is mandatory_

Marketing Degree (No UCT Short Course, No Allison) You need basic Fundamentals & Knowledge of marketing to thrive in this role, if you do not have this you will not make it past the probation period
