Our
Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) client is seeking an experienced
Executive Supply Chain Manager to lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the overall supply chain function for their company based at their distribution centre in Westmead, Pinetown.

The Supply Chain Executive
must be on standby(according to the needs of the business).

Salary:
R R80 000 per Month CTC

Requirements:

A minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management with a strong background in operations.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies and initiatives.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and solve complex supply chain issues.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
Manage and oversee all aspects of material and production planning, including inventory control, production scheduling, and capacity planning.
Manage warehouse facility and inventory management, including receiving and dispatch processes.
Oversee distribution management, including transportation and delivery processes.
Develop and implement demand forecasting processes to ensure accurate planning and inventory management.
Manage procurement processes, including category management and commercial planning.
Implement and manage risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
Oversee project management processes related to supply chain initiatives and improvements.

Salary:
R70, R80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- supply chain management: 10 years (required)
- manufacturing and logistics processes: 10 years (required)
- developing and implementing supply chain strategies: 10 years (required)
