    Professional Field Marketing Representative Opportunity

    We are seeking highly motivated and driven Sales Representatives to join our team in the Johannesburg and Pretoria regions of Gauteng.

    To be considered for this role, applicants must reside in the aforementioned areas.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Represent our brand externally through sales, merchandising, promotions, and pricing strategies
    • Create visually appealing Point of Sale displays and promote sales through innovative stand designs
    • Maintain and service existing client relationships
    • Oversee merchandisers within stores, including administrative tasks such as disciplinary action, leave, and performance management
    • Adhere to a sales planning system, ensuring optimal time and resource utilization through regular call cycles
    • Negotiate with store managers in a professional and confident manner to secure preferred shelf-space for our products within retail stores
    • Provide constructive feedback to management and communicate effectively
    • Address trade-related issues or queries at the store level in a timely and professional manner
    • Continuously strive for self-improvement through the use of constructive criticism

    Desired Qualifications & Experience

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • A reliable vehicle with valid insurance
    • A valid Driver's License
    • A valid Matric Certificate
    • A valid South African ID
    • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the FMCG industry
    • High levels of motivation and target-driven focus
    • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
    • Strong communication and feedback abilities
    • Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
    • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • A high level of professionalism
