- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
- Assist with graphic design, video, and animation tasks as needed
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales targets
- Process transactions and manage cash handling
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company promotions
- Full computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in the print industry or graphic design
- Proficiency in Corel Draw and Photoshop
