Description

Deputy Hotel General manager role that requires proven track record and relevant experience in managing a high end, exclusive hotel or similar property.

Strong attention to detail and a pro active management style is required. Must be able to multi task and think on their feet. Relevant hotel experience in managing structures, with the ability to set up, maintain and train operational procedures.

Must have great communication and inter personal skills and be able to lead from the front while not being afraid to muck in and get their hands dirty when required.

Because of demographics, fluency in Afrikaans is non negotiable. Would suit someone with great attention to detail that can seemlessly integrate and embrace the comapany values. Must be passionate about customer relations and always strive to better and improve all offerings and service.

Must have proven and applicable experience in the hospitality industry and at least 10 years of strong, interactive management experience.
