RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure that every customer has a great experience.
- Guide and motivate the sales team to meet their target and objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- You will also ensure that your store exceeds sales goals and that means overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives eg promotions, daily and weekly incentives, all sales and products.
- Managing all paperwork Business rules, prevent fraud
- Undertaking store administration duties such as stores budget and updating financial records.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
- Manage Stock, Devices and accessories daily and weekly. Manage faulty stock and reduce redundancy.
- Managing and approval of daily sales reconciliations against credit card and cash sales.
- Responsible for the documentation and maintaining of Standard Operation Procedures for the store's processes and stock management processes
- Responsible for overseeing and approval of the daily cashing up process
- Arranging aggressive promotions weekly to drive sales into store, Mall and staff Finding branding opportunities, product launches and mall promotions, schools and high traffic areas which includes out of the mall Promos and activations.
- Ensure that store presentation always looks its best in terms of merchandising, shop fittings and equipment
- Developing and arranging promotional material and instore displays
- Prepare a daily, weekly and monthly reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profits.
- Ensure that all adhoc matters are reporting timeously.
- To secure and keep accurate current records of all products kept in the stores;
- Ensure all relevant financial documentation is processed accurately and handed in to the Finance Department;
EDUCATION
- Matric
EXPERIENCE
- You must have prior sales experience
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
- Customer serviceoriented with indepth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Ability to lead, develop and coach people to deliver great results

R8, R12,000.00 per month
