KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieving the branch spares sales budget.
- Ensuring teleselling to customers.
- Process picking list for sales orders.
- Pick and pack spares.
- Capture sales orders on SAP computer system.
- Maintaining and following up on customer backorders.
- Attend to customer queries and complaints.
- Assist Technicians with spares related inquiries
- Monitor outstanding orders daily, and liaise with the warehouse and buyers.
- Stock control, including cycle counting, receiving, ordering, and dispatching stock are all
- Assist in document filing.
- Provide support to the service department.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- The ideal applicant will be a matriculant who is fully conversant with the Defy range of spares.
- Good technical parts interpretation.
- General office and administration skills and computer literacy (Excel and Word).
- Telephone etiquette.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong Administration skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Ability to complete tasks in high pace environments.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Working knowledge of SAP will be a distinct advantage.
