    A strong New Vehicle Sales Manager is sought for a passenger dealer client in Rustenburg.

    Job Overview

    The ideal candidate will grow market share by effectively marketing the Brand into the target market.

    1. Meet sales forecast monthly and ensure sales and customer satisfaction targets are met or exceeded.
    2. Optimize activities to achieve required targets while maintaining a good balance between tasks.
    3. Foster strong relationships with the manufacturer, customers, service, and parts departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Maintain effective customer retention.
    2. Lead and manage frontline and administrative staff to ensure optimal performance.
    3. Build a highly motivated team that delivers outstanding results.
    4. Effectively manage stock and deliveries.
    5. Nurture customer relationships.

    Requirements

    1. Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
    2. Proficiency in Excel and MS Word.
    3. Clear criminal record.
    4. At least 5 years of sales experience in the motor industry.
    5. A proven track record in leadership and people management.
    6. Valid driver's license.
    7. Knowledge of Kerridge systems.
