Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and well-experienced Commercial and Domestic Claims Administrator with at least 5 years' experience in all aspects of commercial and domestic claims including marine small craft.

Responsibilities include proficiently process claims within binder mandates, process claims outside of binder mandates with multiple insurers, advise and update clients on claims and claims progress, manage escalated claims, liaise with and negotiate settlements with underwriters as well as regular follow-ups on outstanding /unresolved claims.

Must have matric with proven FAIS compliance to meet the commercial and domestic short term insurance Fit and Proper requirements.
