Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fixed Systems Operational Supervisor to join our client in the fire detection environment in Rustenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising crews, handling day-to-day tasks, meetings with clients, purchase orders, invoices, stock procurement, and installing fire detection systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and supervise teams with daily tasks and projects.
Coordinate daily meetings with clients to discuss project progress and requirements.
Handle purchase orders, invoices, and financial transactions related to the job.
Procure stock and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient project execution.
Install and commission fire detection systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Hand over completed files and drawings to clients, highlighting key project outcomes and recommendations for future improvements.
Manage stock levels, delivery notes, and logistical arrangements to support project success.

Requirements

SAQCC Detection Installer/Commissioner certification.
Hold SAQCC Designer certification (advantageous).
Programming experience with Techno switch and CTEC detection systems.
Proven project management skills, with ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple tasks.
Prior experience in installing sprinkler systems (advantageous).
Prior experience in installing Stand Alone Foam Systems (advantageous).
Hold a valid Code 8 driver's license.
