Purpose of Position:
Responsible for taking the lead in supporting BBBEE Transformation with the execution of all BBBEE transformation interventions across all pillars across the Company - ensuring that the Company complies with legislative requirements and aligns with the business strategy.
Requirements:
Relevant Business Degree / Diploma (required)
Required Experience:
5 years of relevant experience in a Transformation Managerial role, Extensive knowledge and experience with the BBBEE Codes of Good Practice and Scorecard requirements mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Build strategic relationships with relevant stakeholders, internally and externally, Conduct BBBEE audits, provide recommendations on findings and write reports, Design, implement and monitor the Employment Equity Plan, Draft BBBEE Transformation Policy and implement internally through consultation and training across the business, Ensure audit and verification processes of Company's BBBEE contributions and compliance are successfully conducted timeously on an annual basis, Ensuring Legislative and internal compliance with BBBEE Act and Codes, including BEE Scorecard, Improve BEE transformation scorecard to Level 4 minimum, Lead the Company and coordinate the execution of the detailed BBBEE transformation implementation plans and initiatives, Manage the BBBEE scorecard across business activities and optimise opportunities for each pillar, Monitor and report BBBEE spending against targets set up for various departments and divisions, including ensuring the accuracy of such information, Monitor transformation and BBBEE legislative changes and updates, Provide BBBEE training to employees and suppliers on the revised BBBEE Codes of Good Practice, Provide guidance and play an active advisory role to business on Employment Equity, Diversity, Enterprise development and preferential procurement, Provide inputs in the formulation of policies, practices, and processes that affect BBBEE within the Company, Track Company's BBBEEE contributions and ensure the integrity of data and documentation of elements
