    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Leroy Merlin. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
    • Provide expert advice on products and services to customers
    • Work closely with the Department Manager and merchandisers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the department's commercial action plan
    • Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to post-sales support

    Requirements

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
    • Knowledge of products and services offered by Leroy Merlin
    • Autonomy and ability to work independently
