Junior Client Services Administrator

Afriforesight, the largest independent commodity research house in Africa, requires an intelligent and ambitious self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:_

Maintain and build relationships with our corporate clients.
Act as a bridge between our company and our clients by anticipating their needs, as well as provide information about other products and services that could assist them.
Ensure that clients optimally utilise our forecasts and analysis. This includes arranging meetings and organising presentations by our specialists, updating publication distribution lists, as well as coordinating arrangements for our online events & webinars.
Respond promptly to client enquiries and troubleshoot any problems. You will be trained to use Microsoft Access Database to manage and update all interactions and follow up actions.

Minimum Requirements:_

A degree from a recognised major research university
Capable of expressing themselves professionally in both oral and written communication.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment
Have exceptional interpersonal skills and a high client service orientation
Highly organized, efficient, and comfortable with sticking to strict deadlines

Advantage:_

Previous experience in client services / key account management.
A passion for business, the mining and industrial environment and a current understanding of the unfolding geopolitical events will be a distinct advantage.
