    Management Consulting Professional | Workforce & Organisation Enablement Specialist

    We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to join our project and team. Our client, a Manufacturer supplying equipment and machinery to the mining industry, is undergoing Business and Digital Transformation initiatives.

    • We need someone with at least 6 years experience delivering and leading Change Management in support of strategic projects.
    • A relevant tertiary qualification and consulting experience will be advantageous.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Conduct Change Impact Assessments across strategic initiatives
    • Perform a Stakeholder Analysis
    • Develop Change Management, Communication and Training plans
    • Setup a Change Management Centre of Excellence to mitigate change impacts across all projects
    • Work with the Executive Leadership team to define and cascade a refreshed culture, values and vision.

    Requirements:

    • Six months contract (with renewal option)
    • Immediate start
    • Located in Johannesburg, with expectation to work in Potchefstroom up to 3 days per week
    • Rate: Senior (in line with experience)

    About the Client:

    The client is located in the North West Province and supplies equipment and machinery to local and global mining industry clients.

    About the Project:

    We are supporting the client on multiple initiatives including process standardisation, new technology implementation, and culture and values refresh.
