Responsible for embedding a futuristic Global Internal Communications philosophyAccountable for successful delivery of Employee Engagement Initiatives Accountable for priorities across Employee Experience, Employee Engagement and Internal Communication
Drive continuous innovation, global collaboration, and deep cross-working relationships with each of the HR functions, in order to effectively design employee-centric experiential solutions
Minimum of 4 year tertiary degree
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Corporate Communications and/or Internal communications
3-4 years experience in employee experience design, employee engagement and internal communications with a solid track record of senior and strategic management experience in a corporate environment
Knowledge and understanding of the Fintech, Payments, E-commerce business ecosystem
3-4 years of managerial experience
