    Description
    This exciting opportunity exists in the Information Services Division based at our client's office in Cape Town. We are looking for a Senior Kronos UKG Workforce Management Consultant with technical software skills and relevant experience in Workforce Management within the Retail Environment. The successful applicant will be part of the team responsible for the application development, implementation, and ongoing support of the Kronos Time Management system.

    Job description:
    • Work in a technical team to implement new projects, make enhancements to the business solution as requested by users, work closely with business stakeholders in determining and quantifying requirements, and to provide a high-level assistance for support issues.
    • Use your UKG system knowledge to make suggestions, guide business users on best practices and assist in the design and implementation of enhancements in UKG Workforce Central or Dimensions
    • Creating new reports required by the users
    • Data integration between the UKG application and other applications
    • Use your technical knowledge to provide advanced internal system support where required.

    Competencies:
    • Kronos application development and module configuration activities
    • Assist with report building and special data requests
    • Manage installation of hardware in various divisions within the business
    • Perform system security administration
    • Fulfil audit requests
    • Implement system changes as required by users and system updates
    • Interact with multiple departments, locations, and business process owners to evaluate and determine most efficient use of Kronos system and modules to support business and division objectives
    • Conduct end-user training
    • Engage with business process owners to determine necessary Kronos module implementations
    • Coordinate tasks related to implementation of Kronos system and modules
    • Perform and document project tasks and planning
    • Setup and maintain integration into SAP HR Payroll
    • Recognize system problems and repair hardware and software as appropriate. Engage with Support staff as appropriate
    • Interface with Kronos Team members/Department Managers/Timekeepers and Corporate Payroll staff to determine workflow and identify requirements
    • Be available for occasional overtime and standby after hours
    Minimum requirements:
    • High school diploma; IT Qualification or Similar
    • 3 + Years' experience in Kronos Development and Support
    • Experience with UKG (Kronos) Workforce Central, more specifically WF Dimensions experience is important
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Kronos application/user Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • SQL knowledge and Windows Server experience preferred
    • Must have solid understanding of business processes, especially within the human capital management environment
    • Must be able to interact effectively and professionally with internal and external customers, including all levels of management
    • Able to quickly learn and apply modern technologies
    • Excellent analytical and people skills to prepare various analyses and evaluation of Kronos modules and capabilities
    • Must be able to multi-task daily, manage priorities, be an initiative-taker, work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality of information
    • Must be collaborative
    • Be able to communicate effectively to various levels in an organization
    • To have an understanding on agile project processes
    • To be able to identify problems and requests and convert them into a workable solution
    • Initiative and the ability to drive tasks yourself where required
