Ryan is urgently looking for an
RF Rollout Manager to work on a 6-month rolling contract based in South Africa (Cape Town).
Role responsibilities:
- Prepare the delivery project plans
- Confirm equipment availability local and offshore
- Manage the delivery teams and partners
- Manage the site acquisition team through to site acceptance
- Customer and internal reporting at all levels
- Define and provide monthly KPIs for team member's performance assessment
- Lead War room teams during upgrade/Swap, ensure interfacing with field teams, and thirdparty network elements representative
- Act as direct client liaison within the area of operation
Role requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the Mobile Network Industry
- Experience managing a department team of 15+ people
- Maintain and build client relationship
- Knowledge of Site Installations / MOD from the Technical and Rollout side
- Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G Site upgrades and installations.
