Senior/Expert Support Engineer S/4HANA as Logistics Architect

Our Centers of Expertise (CoE) analyze customer solutions with a 360° view, including application, database, and technology. We engage strong back-office support for every customer engagement, providing expertise on demand, instant resolution of top pain points, and fast access to best practices and information.

In this role, you will work in the Center of Expertise (CoE) with a focus on S/4HANA and as a Logistics Architect. Your experience in logistics modules (MM, PM, PP, QM, SCM, EWM/TM) will help you deliver services for every aspect of customers' software implementation, transformation, or upgrade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical and application services within customer engagements.
• Conduct tasks such as project preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live.
• Plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
• Analyze business processes, including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization.
• Implement and optimize Extended Warehouse Management/Transportation Management processes and solutions in an S4HANA environment.

Mandatory Skills:

• At least 10 years of SAP Application implementation experience or support experience for the Expert Support Engineer Position, 7 years for the Senior Support Engineer Position.
• Business Process Design and Implementation.
• A minimum of 5 full cycle SAP implementations for the Expert Support Engineer Position, a minimum of 3 for the Senior Support Engineer Position.
• Strong solution know-how in one of the following areas: PM, PP, MM, ARIBA, EWM/TM, SD.
• Vast experience in supporting/manufacturing industries like Oil & Gas, Automotive, etc.
• University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

• Programming Skills (SAP ABAP and SQL Script).
• Technical Skills in Database Technology (SAP HANA DB).
• S/4HANA Logistics Implementation Experience.
• Experience with Transition from ECC to S/4HANA.
