- Deliver technical and application services within customer engagements.
- Conduct tasks such as project preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live.
- Plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
- Analyze business processes, including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization.
- Implement and optimize Extended Warehouse Management/Transportation Management processes and solutions in an S4HANA environment.
- At least 10 years of SAP Application implementation experience or support experience for the Expert Support Engineer Position, 7 years for the Senior Support Engineer Position.
- Business Process Design and Implementation.
- A minimum of 5 full cycle SAP implementations for the Expert Support Engineer Position, a minimum of 3 for the Senior Support Engineer Position.
- Strong solution know-how in one of the following areas: PM, PP, MM, ARIBA, EWM/TM, SD.
- Vast experience in supporting/manufacturing industries like Oil & Gas, Automotive, etc.
- University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering, or equivalent.
- Programming Skills (SAP ABAP and SQL Script).
- Technical Skills in Database Technology (SAP HANA DB).
- S/4HANA Logistics Implementation Experience.
- Experience with Transition from ECC to S/4HANA.
