Job Summary

Provide specialist advice and support in the development of tactical strategy and plans. AND/OR provide specialist advise and support in terms of practice formulation and associated best practice improvements

Job Description:

Product development:
Product development and enhance product offering. Take full responsibility for development of new products and enhancements within the

business unit product development policy as well as within the provisions of fair

customer treatment.

This entails product concept development, idea generation,

processes validation, product approval, product implementation and postimplementation

review.

Product management:

Review the product offering and profitability on an ongoing basis to determine its penetration to the market, validate budget and make recommendations to expand, maintain or discontinue a given feature.

Review and modify existing product performance to maximise profitability and meet customers' needs.

Risk and Control :
Proactively identify risks and institute remedial measures to reduce undesirable exposure in the market. Develop risk enhancements to minimise risk and losses. |

Stakeholder management:
Contribute effectively, efficiently and professionally on all product related activities

with all stakeholders within Absa Group while assessing opportunities to develop new

products. |

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas:
Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
