Resident Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Resident Engineer to join our project team in the Northern Cape. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and sharp project management skills to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor construction sites, manage quality assurance and control processes, and maintain detailed records.
2. Oversee all site activities and provide technical guidance to project teams.
3. Liaise with stakeholders, manage communications, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in construction supervision.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BEng or BTech).
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Project, and MS Office.
4. A valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with ACAD Civil 3D.
2. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
3. The ability to work independently with great organizational skills.
