Job Purpose
This position is perfect for someone who has a passion for customer interaction and a flair for organization. In addition to nurturing customer relationships, you will be required to answer phones and perform administrative tasks.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers
  • Ability to speak in a clear and friendly manner over the phone and facetoface.
  • Strong customer service attitude and the ability to develop customer relationships.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.

Competencies required

  • Good Communication
  • English, Zulu and other languages will be advantageous.
  • Wellgroomed and presentable.

Qualification/Experience

  • A minimum of a Matric certificate
  • At least two years General administration
  • Knowledge of any student management system will be an advantage.
