    Description

    We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, who will work as a conduit and marketing owner between Practice and Sales, the Product Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving the success of BP3 services and offerings by effectively positioning them in the market, continuously creating innovative GTM strategies and campaigns, undertaking competitor analysis and spotting opportunities within both Net New and ABM Organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technology and the market it serves, as well as strong communication and strategic planning skills.

    Requirements

    • Product Positioning: Develop a clear and compelling product positioning strategy that highlights the unique value propositions of the tech-based product. Craft messaging that resonates with target customers.
    • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to create and execute go-to-market plans. Define target customer segments and distribution channels. Identify segmentation and patterns - create test and learn environment within environment
    • Product Launch: Plan and coordinate product launches, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and prepared. Develop launch materials, including product collateral, press releases, and sales enablement tools.
    • Content Creation: Create various marketing assets, such as product datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts, to educate customers and generate interest in the tech product.
    • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell the tech product. Provide training on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
    • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze the activities of competitors in the tech space. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to refine product strategies.
    • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to retirement. Evaluate product performance and make recommendations for enhancements or updates.
    • Metrics and Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing campaigns and product initiatives. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product development and marketing efforts.
    • Customer Education: Develop and deliver training programs or webinars to educate customers on the product's features, benefits, and best practices.
    • Product Roadmap Alignment: Ensure that the product marketing strategy aligns with the overall product roadmap and company goals. Advocate for customer needs in the product development process.
    • Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technology trends and advancements that may impact the product's competitiveness or market positioning.

    Qualifications and Competencies

    • 3 - 5 years relevant working experience
    • Bachelors Degree in Financial Financial Services, Marketing or similar
    • Demonstrable experience in the technology industry
    • Self-motivated with a results driven approach
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills
    • Adaptable and resilient
