Monthly Basic Salary (Market related, Negotiable)

Our client a leading retail and wholesale hardware store in South Africa is looking at hiring a debtors clerk in their finance department soonest


KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:


  • At least 3 years of debtors/bookkeeping experience.
  • Good working knowledge of
    Excel and Pastel (3 Years Experience)
  • Bank Reconciliations, Payment allocation, and Expense Recording
  • Profit and loss reports
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Have numeric and organisation skills.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Be client and resultorientated.
  • Have good analytical and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptable as this is a constantly changing environment

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Matric with mathematics and accounting.
  • Diploma in finance or equivalent.
  • Experience will also be counts for this position
  • Pastel Accounting and MS Excel experience
  • Bookkeeping Principles / Experience
