    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced professional to provide expert advice on our product range to allocated markets, ensuring individual accountability for achieving results through their own efforts.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve basic inquiries in a timely manner.
    2. SOLUTIONS ANALYSIS: Evaluate compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries, identifying areas for improvement.
    3. VISITOR MANAGEMENT: Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues as needed.
    4. CRM DATA MANAGEMENT: Maintain accurate customer records in our system, documenting follow-up actions and notes from sales calls.
    5. NEEDS ASSESSMENT: Conduct thorough interviews with customers to clarify their requirements, following a structured sales script.
    6. RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT: Establish relationships with potential customers through phone or in-person calls, providing a first point of contact for resolving queries and complaints.
    7. OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE: Adhere to mandatory procedures to ensure high-quality work and regulatory compliance.
    8. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Support business growth through routine development tasks and collaboration with colleagues.
    9. Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify new customers by gathering information, referrals, and recommendations from existing clients.
    10. DATA EXPLORATION: Extract relevant data from provided information and input it into standard formats or spreadsheets.
    11. NATIONAL NETWORK: Leverage networking opportunities to contribute to and participate in both internal and external networks of people, technologies, and ideas.
