    Marketing Manager Role

    We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a key role that requires strategic and hands-on skills, as well as the ability to create engaging content.

    • This includes planning, creating, or managing the creation of 2+ posts weekly across various platforms, managing social media channels, and developing a mix of stills, videos, and carousels.

    Digital Presence:

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Google My Business profile, updating our WordPress + Elementor website, writing and designing bi-weekly email newsletters, and maintaining and segmenting mailing lists.

    Campaigns & Strategy:

    • This involves writing ad copy for Meta/Google ads, collaborating with leadership on marketing strategy and execution, updating pricing/packages across platforms and collateral, and planning and managing 12 events monthly.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years digital marketing experience.
    • Degree/diploma in marketing, sales, business or related fields.
    • Strong vlogging production skills: filming, editing, lighting, audio.
    • Experience in renewable energy or a scale-up environment.
    • Hands-on with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and WordPress.

    About You:

    • You will be highly organised and execution-focused, comfortable juggling multiple projects, and have strong visual and written communication skills.
