Job Title:
Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Day to day management of the Sales Team, region and designated Key Accounts ensuring that they are on track for achieving KPI's.
Reporting Relationship:
Managing Director/National Sales Manager, KAM B2B, Sales Representatives
Position Responsibilities:
- In line with company sales and margin requirements, setting sales, margin and marketing KPIs to manage activities within the team.
- Working with the various key account executives on ways to build stronger businesses.
- Training the sales team on sales techniques and giving advice.
- Ensuring the sales team update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data.
- Managing underperforming members of the sales team.
- Managing all areamarketing activities and ensuring it fits with the company marketing strategy.
- Arranging for the company to attend relevant industry events and conferences.
- Reporting on activities used, towards exceeding targets, to the company directors and National Sales Manager.
- Research potential target industries and customers.
- Regular attendance of meetings with customers in the various regions alongside sales representatives.
- Putting together a content marketing strategy for the regions.
- Establish customer needs and satisfaction by providing appropriate products and services.

Position Specifications:
- Matric
- Relevant degree/diploma/short courses.
- Work from Regional JHB office facility.
- Proven record of results including selling and effective management of a sales team.
- Innovative thinker.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Deadline driven.
- Tolerance.
- Ability to handle stress.
- Proactive.
- Ability to communicate at a senior level.
- Proven customer services.
- Good communication skills, bilingual.
- Valid Passport.
- Valid and unendorsed Drivers Licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Computer Literacy especially in Syspro, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bedfordview, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
