Pietermaritzburg area - KwaZulu Natal: Our client is looking for a Service Parts Co-Ordinator & Stock Controller to join the team.


This will include processing of service parts as well as whole good orders with a responsibility to provide technical support on service parts from time to time.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 1
  • Agricultural machinery background is essential
  • Good technical knowledge of Agricultural machinery
  • Ability to speak and write in English is essential
  • Ability to speak and write in Afrikaans will be beneficial
  • Forklift license or ability to operate a forklift

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all service parts orders is processed
  • Physically pack and ship the service parts orders
  • Provide technical support on service parts (Agricultural Machinery)
  • Dealer communication (Service Parts Orders)
  • Keep record of stock levels and report to Operations Manager
  • Support assembly team with parts and stock needs
  • Count and unpack all stock received from suppliers
  • Manage stock distribution within the facility
  • Upkeeping and cleaning of parts area
  • Assemble machines from time to time
  • Perform other assigned tasks within the scope of this position
