Key Qualifications:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A minimum of a grade 12 education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable retail role.

Additionally, the candidate should have:

• Three years of experience in managing teams.
• Proven skills in people management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Thorough understanding of the Labour Relations Act and BCOE Act.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive and maximize store financial performance by achieving sales targets and proactively addressing any issues.
2. Oversee all operational functions of the store, including expense management, inventory control, and administrative tasks.
3. Ensure effective visual merchandising and maintain the store's presentation in line with company standards.
4. Lead and motivate staff to foster a competent and engaged workforce.
5. Schedule employees appropriately to ensure optimal staffing across all departments.
6. Handle all administrative duties efficiently, including maintaining accurate employee records.
7. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve business goals and maximize opportunities.
