    Job Overview

    • Requirements: Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
    • NQF Level 5 - Higher, Advanced, or Occupational Certificate or equivalent
    • Valid Driver's license and Own Car
    • FAIS Compliance
    • Clear criminal and credit check
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
    • Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Presentation skills an added advantage

    The role involves providing expert advice on a specific range of products to allocated markets, with accountability for achieving results through individual efforts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional service, identify opportunities for new business or retention, process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
    • Solutions Analysis: Analyze problems to find effective solutions, technical or professional in nature.
    • Visitor Management: Welcome visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Schedule follow-ups, enter information into CRM to enable effective customer retention and business development.
    • Needs Assessment and Identification: Set objectives, tailor presentations, ask relevant questions to evaluate customer interest, and identify areas for further information.
    • Relationship Development and Prospecting: Develop plans to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
    • Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes; obtain authorization for exceptions.
    • Business Growth and Development: Monitor sales and market data to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Sales Opportunities Creation: Build a network within the business sector, represent the organization at events, gather market intelligence, and enhance visibility.
    • Data Exploration and Research: Conduct research and analyze data using primary sources and business intelligence tools.
    • Professional Network: Participate in and contribute to a network of contacts and ideas inside and outside the organization.
