    Description

    Data Analyst Position

    We are seeking a talented data analyst to support our business operations and drive data-driven decision making at one of the leading banks in the industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of financial data. Key responsibilities include:

    1. Collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data related to bank operations
    2. Developing insights and recommendations to improve business operations and customer satisfaction
    3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant analysis and insights
    4. Developing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reports to track key metrics and KPIs
    5. Identifying patterns and trends in data to inform business strategy and decision making
    6. Communicating findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, and 2-5 years of experience in data analysis. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R is also required. Additional requirements include experience with data visualization tools and strong analytical skills.
