LOCATION:
25 Owl Street, Braamfontein Werf, Johannesburg
REPORTING TO:
You will be reporting to the Head of Sales Development Representatives
MISSION STATEMENT:
Once an appointment has been set, you will work together with a senior risk consultant to prepare for the meeting and assist where needed to help close the deal.
Inoxico's products are world-class and so our closure rates are very high when we meet with decision-makers at the right type of client - it is your job to make sure we have as many of these engagements as possible.
The importance of this role in the success of the entire sales team cannot be overstated, requiring excellence, dedication, and ambition.
In addition to your membership in a crack sales team, you will also be expected to contribute to the Inoxico story, contributing your experience and ideas to the rest of the team to ensure that we continue to develop world-class solutions and excel at meeting our clients' needs today and in the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES
New Business Development (80%)
- Use referrals and provided leads to convert them into appointments with key decisionmakers at potential clients. Follow up to ensure the appointment takes place.
- By conducting a needs analysis, ensure that the right Inoxico skills are available for the presentation to the potential client.
- Work with senior management to continuously improve the overall marketing and sales process
- Assist with industry focus, marketing strategies, and lead generation conversion techniques
- Participate in sales meetings and key marketing events
- Maintain our CRM tool with all required client information and key activities
- Participate in key solution development meetings,
- Participate in key training sessions
GROWTH VISION:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
(*critical)
- Minimum 18 months Business to Business outbound calling to C-Suite Executives
- Selling SAAS solutions preferred
- Business to Business lending experience preferred
- Expertise in financial product sales is preferred
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

- Excellent telephone etiquette and sales experience
- Fast learner the ability to pick up nuances of a role quickly and start producing results
